What a great weekend we had!  Over 110 students, teachers and guests enjoyed a lovely pool-side event Friday night.  There were lots of hugs, squeals, and laughter.  Several had never been to a reunion, some had only come once.  Everyone had so much fun! We were to have ended this event at 10:30, but people were having so much fun, and we were a very well behaved group, we kept the staff busy until 1:30 am!

On Saturday over 50 of us had a great tour of the school, learned about how Sheldon operates now, and saw the changes.  Scott Smithrud got to live out his fantasy of going into the Girl’s Locker Room!  Due to South Eugene burying the Blarney Stone one time, the stone has been moved closer to the cafeteria.  The school looks great, and we all had fun.

Next nearly 70 of us went to The Nine’s on Riverridge Golf Course for a Barbeque ~ with salads, steak, chicken, burgers, hot dogs and of cold beverages.  What a great time that was!

We had people come from Costa Rica, Maine, New Hampshire, North and South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and many points along the west coast.  It was a great weekend, and photos will be posted soon.  Some photos are already showing up on our Facebook Page, SheldonSeventy.  We hope you will “Save the Date” for the 1st weekend of August, 2015.
